Each member of our team has been through the hard trenches of life and bring unique experiences, strengths, and a shared heart for this mission—to build trust, provide guidance, and create lasting impact in the lives of those we serve.
Tasha Anderson
Founder/Executive Director
Tasha is the heart and founder of Trenches Collective. She is deeply passionate about advocating for individuals and families in the community who might otherwise be overlooked. Her life experiences have shaped a compassionate approach to walking alongside others and restoring hope where it’s been lost.
Gina Reed
Co-Founder/Community Relations Director
Gina brings higher education in Clinical Mental Health and Human Services, along with over ten years of experience across a broad range of helping professions. She has a strong ability to build meaningful relationships, connect individuals with valuable community resources, and support as they navigate their restoration journey with compassion and care.
Jessica Garrett
Director of Operations
Jessica serves as the operational backbone of Trenches Collective. She works diligently behind the scenes to help the mission grow and thrive. With a heart to serve and a commitment to making a lasting impact, she strives to help bring hope, stability, and restoration to individuals and families in need.
Ardie Hickerson
Advisory Director
Ardie brings a depth of wisdom shaped through her own life experiences, allowing her to connect with others in a genuine and compassionate way. She has a heart for those walking through difficult seasons and is committed to offering guidance, encouragement, and support. She helps ensure the mission remains grounded in faith as individuals move toward restoration.
Tanya Messenger
Youth Services Director
Tanya has a special place in her heart for children of all ages. She brings experience in leading and supporting youth programs, with a focus on ensuring every child feels seen, heard, and cared for. Tanya is compassionate and dedicated to supporting both the children we serve and the people around her.
